Is my pet’s data private and backed up?

Yes. Every record is encrypted and backed up to the cloud, so it’s safe if you lose your phone, and it’s never sold or shared. You’re always in control of what’s in your pet’s passport.

Does it work with my vet?

PetPass is made for pet parents, so you add records yourself in seconds by snapping a photo of the paper certificate. Your pet’s history is always on your phone, ready to show any vet, kennel or groomer when you need it.

What can I actually track?

Vaccinations, deworming and tick & flea treatments, chronic medication and reminders, plus health documents like certificates, prescriptions and vet notes, and profile details like weight and microchip.

How do the reminders work?

You set a reminder for each upcoming vaccination, treatment, dose or birthday, and PetPass nudges you before it’s due, while there’s still time to book the vet.

Can I add more than one pet?

Of course. Add a passport for every dog and cat in the family and switch between them with a tap, each with their own records, reminders and health score.

How much does it cost?

PetPass is free to start. It’s launching soon on iOS and Android, keep an eye on the app stores.
